The initial investor relations engagement was focused on overcoming legacy issues, changing investor perceptions, and establishing this heavy equipment dealer as a standalone brand positioned for growth. Over the next 7 years (and counting) – through an extended cyclical trough for the industry — we helped Strongco elevate its brand as an industry leader. A turnkey website relaunch that bolstered traffic by 25%, and several SEO/SEM campaigns later, Strongco was acquired by international equipment dealer Nors in early 2020, at an 80% premium to its volume-weighted share price.
